A 'Monsters killed' would be way more logical.
You more or less kill similar amounts of enemies per second farming or in teams.

I agree with it being more logical indeed. My mind is going two seperate ways with this comment. Do you mean to say have one emote for "X" amount of monsters slain (no matter their type) or having individual emotes for "X" amount of Harpies slayed, drakes slayed, Elementals slayed, ect.?

If the first option of "X" amount of monsters killed no matter what type is how you meant that then I completely agree 100%. I would love to have an emote with a monsters slain title.

If the second option is the case then I would have to wonder about how many possible title emotes there would be since there are countless mosters types across all three chapters. Don't get me wrong...the more title emotes I have the happier I may be; however, I think only one title emote would be just fine.

I apologize for not completely understanding the meaning of your comment.

I like this idea :-) PvP gets to have a fame emote and zaishen emote, pve should get something and xp or monsters killed title would be awsome ^^

I know in LOTRO we get this book, and it counts every different specieis of monster and how mnay you have killed. When you get so much you get to display a title next to your name like spider hunter xDD (though it also gives you a new trait, like higher defense against something, or more speed in attacking etc)

Perhaps something similar would be cool, have the emote look like a celestial version of that monster, or have the shiny emote form numbers (which is what your xp is at)

Like some said above though, their are soo many monsters. SO a counter for all would be better, the emote could follow the title name on each tier. :-)

You get more experience in PvE than in PvP. For those who have killed hundreds of players, but only enough monsters to wet their character enough to get to level 20, they miss out. No one should be forced to play PvE. You may argue, Hero title and Zaishen rank. Hero title is prestige, while Zaishen rank is purchasable. There's nothing special about zrank, in my opinion.

As for experience goes, I only have six million in my warrior, she's been alive for 27 months. I PvP with her actively. My friend's assassin has been alive for 25 months, with 16 million experience, almost all of it was from Raptor farming in hard mode. His character does very little PvP.

So, goes to say, this is a PvE exclusive title track, mainly. There's already dozens of title tracks for PvE as it is. You cannot get Kind of a Big Deal with PvP titles, as there are close to, or no players with maxed PvP titles to date.

We already have two easy to achieve emotes.

One being Hero, which shouldn't take long to grind rank three.

Two being Zaishen, which is in the reach of anyone, even if you don't wish to PvP.

I kinda like the idea. Add a new "catch all" title with emotes that is similiar to the Master of the North track. A variety of different things add to the track.

Call the title "Adventurer" and have ranks like "Adventurer", "Grand Adventurer", "Fearless Adventurer", "Legendary Adventurer", etc.

- Title is non-maxable just like the Heroes Ascent Hero title. You just keep adding to it.
- Character specific title.
- Completing a quest adds 1 point to the track or 2 points if the quest was done in HM (Repeatable quests add a point only the first time they are done)
- Completing a mission adds 1 to 3 points 1 for standard, 2 for expert and 3 for Masters. Prophecies missions add 1 for mission, 1 for bonus and 1 extra point for completing both. (Again only the first time you complete.)
- Another 3 points for completing missions in HM
- Completing a dungeon adds 1 point in NM and 2 points in HM. (Again, only the first time it's completed)
- Ascending adds 10 points
- Infusion adds 5 points.
- Completing each attribute quest adds 5 points each.
- Finding a Green weapon adds 2 points. (Must drop for you, acquiring in trade doesn't count)
- Every 15,000 experience points adds 1 point to the track
- Completing an Elite area adds 10 points in NM, 20 in HM. (Again only the first time completed)
- Possibly add points vanquishing and cartography. Maybe? Maybe not since they have their own tracks. But then again so does most of the stuff I've added.

It's been mentioned that PvP players won't get a high rank, but those players are supposedly getting high ranks in gladiator, hero, commander and champion tracks that PvE players aren't.

Is this a prestigious title? I doubt it. Farmers have loads of experience, so they will have a high rank but so will people that clear the fissure of woe everyday. Having a high rank means you've been playing the game for awhile and have accomplished a lot, not that you are necessarily a great player.

Separate family (The dev/wiki term for 'species'):

Amount of harpies, amount of dragons, amount of destroyers, ghosts, mummies, skeletons, frogmen/heket, dwarfs, titans, demons, charr, elementals, etc, etc, etc...

Not all farming builds work with all. So a character that has medium numbers in all, would have more merit than one with even higher number in the farm-able ones.

Just a title for farming junkies to pose their XP will do. No need for more emotes that deserve absolutely no respect. Nut, like we allready know, if people QQ long enough we'll have another emote by Christmas.

What, then we'll have people who want to /emote the fact that they have a gazillion amount of exp through farming, on top of the people who want to /rank PvErs just because they have a tiger. (No offense to people with tigers, I just don't get why some people like to camp in places like Umbral and rank everyone in sight repeatedly.) Besides, what's the point really? =\

What I've suggested before is that all titles should have a 'visual effect'. Not a real effect but just an aura or something visual that relates to the title. Could be a permanent effect while you keep the title on or just a /title thing.

That would actually get more people interested in grinding, I mean working on, titles.

This is a horrible idea even without saying that you get way more experience in PvE than PvP. What we need is less emotes. This only gives players a reason to get a bigger e-penis. You can clear the Fissure of Woe in about 1:20 and get 100k+ xp every time. If you run FoW all the time you'll have these emotes in no time.
